Finance Manager

We are immediately seeking a qualified Finance Manager for an exciting consulting position on behalf of one of our clients. The Finance Manager will operate as a hired consultant through Hyrpersonal Sverige in an initial phase. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced economist to lead the finance department and contribute to the company's financial strategy and development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance department with responsibility for the company's financial management and its continued development
• Support the CEO by monitoring operations, managing costs, and conducting financial analyses
• Be responsible for ongoing analysis of financial results, reporting, forecasts, and budgets
• Initiate and lead financial projects and coordinate supplier agreements
• Prepare materials for decision-making in the management team (not during the hiring period)

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in economics and at least five years of experience in financial management
• Experience reporting to the CEO and board, as well as a good understanding of business development
• Preferred: Work background in media or retail and in international corporations
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work independently
• Leadership experience, ability to collaborate, and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Excel, Navision, and analytical tools, as well as fluent Swedish and English
